淄川区环境噪声监测与评价研究

摘    要:噪声污染自20世纪70年代以来被称为城市环境问题的四大公害之一,是21世纪环境污染控制的主要对象。文章对中国城市环境噪声污染研究状况进行了深入研究,提出了淄川区环境噪声的研究目的和主要内容,并从城市环境噪声功能区的角度出发,对淄川区区域环境噪声进行监测与评价,分析了淄川区环境噪声污染的原因、现状及特征,对噪声水平进行评价,并提出相应降噪措施,以期为改善淄川声环境提供科学依据。文章建议在以后的环境噪声监测工作中,在全面布设测点并长期噪声监测的基础上,开展噪声环境影响预测与评价,这对经济和城市规模都在快速发展的淄川区而言,都更具有意义。

Abstract:Noise pollution is one of the four major urban environmental problems since the1970s and has become the main object of the 21st Century environmental pollution control. This paper embarks from the urban environment noise in Chinese cities, carrying on the monitor and the appraisal of the region ambient noise in Zichuan District of Zibo City. It has analyzed the reason, the present situation and the characteristic of noise pollution in Zichuan, carrying on the appraisal to the noise level, and proposed the corresponding noise reduction measures to provide reference to similar works. Based on overall measuring points and long - term environmental monitoring, this paper Suggests that prediction and evaluation of noise environmental impact should be carried out, which is more meaningful than other methods for the Zichuan District, a city experiencing rapid development both in economy and city scale.
