摘    要:通过在普通塑料中添加水溶性高分子物进行亲水性改性,制得亲水性塑料悬浮填料。根据填料在水中浸泡后取出的表现观察和增加的质量,证明了填料的亲水性改性可行。并通过污水好氧中试试验装置,比较了亲水性塑料填料与普通塑料填料的差异。研究结果表明,亲水性改性后的塑料填料,在污水的好氧处理中可提高污水的处理效率2%—10%,且大大提高了改性填料的挂膜速度与挂膜强度,提高了好氧生物膜法处理系统的抗冲击负荷能力。

Abstract:The hydrophilic suspending plastic filler was made by adding some water-soluble polymer to plastic. Two kinds of suspending plastic filler have been studied by aerobic water treatment process. The experimental results showed that hydrophilic filler was better than hydrophobic filler. The wastewater treatment efficiency was increased 2-10% in aerobic by hydrophilic modification of filler. The hydrophilicity can also increase the CODcr load of aerobic reactor.
