镍冶金废水处理工艺研究

摘    要:报道了一种处理镍冶金废水的工艺方法。工业试验和生产结果表明,处理后水中镍残余浓度〈0.4mg/L,钴〈.1mg/L,铜〈0.02mg/L,渣中镍含量为11.18%,钴0.193%,铜0.74%。废水处理后达到国家排放标准,有价金属得有效回收。

Abstract:The process of wastewater treatment for nickel metallurgy was presented. The results of field test and production showed that after treatment, the concentration of Ni in wastewater was less than 0.4mg/L, Co<0.1mg/L, and Cu<0.02mg/L; the amount of Ni in slag was 11.18%, Co 0.193% and Cu 0.74%, so that the recovery rates of these metals were effective.
