| Abstract: | With the socialization of such profession as tourist guides,the number of which is increasing rapidly,but the quality of which is descending year-by-year.This article mainly analyzes the present condition of our country's human resources in tourist guide,which is based on their educational backgrounds,grades,etc.And also puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. |
