| 摘 要： | 分析了企业逃避治理污染的临界点和处罚严厉程度对企业逃避污染治理行为的影响，以及政府的最优控制程度。对我国企业逃避污染治理行为的原理进行了探讨，并针对目前实际情况提出强化企业污染治理的对策建议。
