摘    要:为了探讨两性-阴离子湿润剂复配剂对硫化矿尘的润湿性能,通过毛细管正向渗透实验法,研究椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB)、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(BS-12)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)单体湿润剂的润湿性能;利用静滴法,测量各单体与矿石的接触角。单体实验结果表明两性离子湿润剂中BS-12、阴离子湿润剂中LAS的润湿性能相对较好。选用这两种试剂进行复配实验,结果表明:浸润深度大于20 mm,复配剂比单质湿润剂润湿性能好;最佳复

Abstract:In order to investigate the wettability of compound wetting agent with amphoteric and anionic wetting agents for dust of sulfide ores, the wettability of monomer wetting agents, including cocamidopropyl betaine (CAB), dodecyl dimethyl betaine (BS-12), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (LAS), and sodium alcohol ether sulphate (AES) were studied by the experimental method of downward capillary seep. The contact angle of each monomer and ore samples were measured by the sessile drop method. The monomer experimental results showed that the wettability of BS-12 was relatively better in amphoteric wetting agents, as well as the LAS in anionic wetting agents. These two agents were selected to conduct compound experiments. The results showed that the wetting depth was larger than 20 mm, and the wettability of compound agent was better than elemental wetting agent. The optimal compound formulation was 0.30% and 0.20% respectively for the mass fraction of BS-12 and LAS.
