程序升温过程铁钙氧化物高温脱硫动力学行为表征

摘    要:将等效粒子模型用于程序升温热重法研究,用计算机编程分别给出铁钙氧化物高温脱硫剂在还原、脱硫过程的动力学参数随固体转化率的变化规律,指出还原和硫化过程中存在补偿效应,且该效应呈现不同的规律,还原过程为“正补偿”,硫化过程为“负补偿”。

Abstract:Based on the thermogravimetric kinetics experiments, the equivalent grain model was applied to describe kinetics behavior of reduction and sulfidation of mixed iron-calcium oxides desulfurizer. In the temperature programmed reduction and sulfidation processes, activation energies and frequency factors changed as the solid conversion increased. Compensation effect of reduction was different from sulfidation. The former was positive compensation, while the latter was negative.
