| Abstract: | In this paper, the general knowledge and basic theory of Australian scholars on Urban Counter Disaster Plan are summarized. As an example, the Counter Disaster Plan of a selected city in Australia is introduced briefly. The authors believe that the experience of Australia could be used for reference in making Urban Counter Disaster Plan in our country. |
