Test of simulated environment of the manned space capsule is very risky. In order to ensure the safety of the spacemen during pilot test, the equipment used in simulation test must be systematically checked and perfected. All the staff engaged the test must be well trained. The flowchart of the test must be worked out in detail, and strictly organized and managed. In this paper, the technical requirements of the test facilities, the training courses involved in the pilot test, and countermeasures in the organization and management are emphatically introduced.
