摘    要:综述氯代有机物的结构与其生物降解性的关系。降解机理和所需环境条件,以及利用现代基因工程技术提高控制氯代有机物污染能力的可行性;研究的热点领域有:共基质条件,厌氧-好氧联合处理系统,构建跗工程菌株,化学、物理和生物联合处理工艺和反应器设备等;表明利用生物技术控制氯代有机物污染的应用前景是光明的。

Abstract:Review on the relationship between structure of chloroorganics and their bio-degradation, mechanism of microbe degradation and necessary conditions, and feasibility of improving control ability to chloroorganics by modern genetic engineering technology were presented. The upsurge of research including matrix condition anaerobic-aerobic combined treatment system, construction of genetic engineering strain,chemical, physical and biological combined treatment technology and reactor equipment etc. Controlling of chloroorganics pollution by using biological technology has a bright prospect.
