| 摘 要： | 目前的价值核算体系忽略了森林的质量、分布、功能等至关重要的因素，因而不能真实的反映森林的价值针对当前价值核算的不足，讨论了森林的平均价值、分布以及边际价值，并指出了当前的生态建设应注意的问题。 |

| Abstract: | The present system of value accounting neglected the vital factors such as the quality of forest,the distribution of forest and the function of forest,thus,it cannot really reflect the value of forest.The paper dealt with the defect of present value accounting,discussed the average value,distribution and marginal value of forest and pointed out the problems of ecological construction that should be paid attention to. |
