摘    要:提出了交联壳聚糖 (CCTS)分离富集火焰原子吸收法测定环境样品中微量锰的新方法。研究了富集的最佳条件及洗脱方法 ;考察了共存元素的影响。方法的检出限为 2 .6μg/L ,RSD为 2 .9% ,用于牡蛎和人发标样中微量锰的测定 ,结果满意。

Abstract:A novel method for the preconcentration and separation with crosslinked chitosan and determination of trace manganese in environmental samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been presented.The optimum adsorption and elution conditions have been studied.The effect of co existing elements also investigated.The detection limit of the method is 2.6μg/L with RSD of 2.9%.The method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in the standard samples of oyster and hair with satisfactory results.
