| Abstract: | The construction of the South-to-North Water Transferring Project will bring forth rational allocation and utilization of both water resource and other resources amongregions in China and improve the environments. The project is the demand of social devel-opment,yet it is restrained by social conditions. Once it is constructed,it will bring about a new leap and sustained development of our social productivity. |
