化学品事故的环境应急救援技术策略研究

摘    要:首先概括了化学品事故类型,然后,就化学品事故对人群健康的影响,从多个层面进行了系统性、全面性的论述;在此基础上,结合环境应急救援的理论方法,指明了化学品事故处理的序列环节及应急策略。研究表明,深入探讨化学品事故的环境应急救援技术策略研究,对做好人群健康工作具有较好的现实意义,同时也有助于完善、丰富化学品事故应急处置的理论内涵。
