摘    要:将植物油烟采集在玻璃纤维滤筒中 ,用环己烷处理样品 ,样品经过净化处理 ,然后进行色质联机分析。对油烟化学成分的分析有助于人们研究油烟对人体健康的影响

Abstract:Vegetable oil smoke is one of the special environmental pollutants, and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC MS) is the most advanced instrument of the period for the uses of analysing the composition of organic compounds Vegetable oil smoke collected in glass-fibre filter was treated with cyclohexane By this special process, the pured samples were analysed by using gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GC MS) The method of analysing the chemical composition of Vegetable oil smoke has contributed to the research on the health problems of mankind caused by vegetable oil smoke
