| 摘 要： | 以济南市土地利用总体规划修编中的基本农田相关研究为基础，对济南市重点农业区进行了布局，并结合济南市的具体情况，规划了各农业区的发展特色，提出了三个方案，对比分析得山方案二符合济南市的发展要求，定为推荐方案。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of basic farmland in the land use general plan for Jinan,the authors lied out key agriculture area in Jinan,and made plans for the development characteristics in every area considering the common fact in Jinan.Three projects were put forward.Analyzing the three projects after comparing,the second one was the best. |
