| 摘 要： | 船舶运输对国民经济发展起着重要作用,但运输过程中所发生的污染事故也给环境带来了损害。本文通过阐述船舶对海洋环境所形成的威胁以及海洋环境保护工作的重要性,指出船舶运输应采取相应的对策,以使海域环境不受污染,对人类的生存空间及我国正进行的改革开放和经济建设具有长远和现实的意义。
