| 摘 要： | 目前,我国对石油工业领域环境保护立法,采取的是特殊行业规制与一般规制相结合的模式。总体上看,我国石油工业环境保护领域已建立起初步的法制框架,但仍须进一步完善立法、执法、制订应急预案和建立信息公开机制等。

| Abstract: | Petroleum industry has played a major role in energy resources industry. There are a large number of pollutants discharged in oil-gas production. The environmental pollution of petroleum industry is complicated and serious. It is pointed that the laws for environmental protection in petroleum industry are very important. Generally speaking, the initial legal system has been formed, but some contents need to be improved, such as making laws, executing laws, establishing plans to dispose of the pollution accidents, creating mechanism of public message. |
