石灰石颗粒固硫反应特性的模型研究

摘    要:在热重分析的基础上,建立了石灰石 煅烧固硫反应过程的数学模型,并对影响固 效果的SO2浓度、反应温度及颗粒粒径等因素进行了研究。模型的计算结果和试验结果吻合较好,该量小于12%,对脱硫实践具有指导意义。

Abstract:SO 2 absorbence with limestone in fluidized bed coal combustion is one technology which has been widely used for a long time. In this paper, a grain model used to simulate the process of calcination and desulfurization reaction of limestone was established on the condition of TGA. The influence of SO\-2 concentration, reaction temperature and particle size were discussed in the model. The calculated results was in good agreement with experimental ones. The established model has significant guidance for desulfurization.
