| Abstract: | The current situation and limiting factors of urban eco environment are assessed.The strategies for the construction of urban eco-environment of Shanghai in the 10th five year planning(2001-2005) are also provided from different aspects including population density optimum, city and village integrated planning, cleaner production and ISO14000 attestation, greening construction, environmental protection, environmental education and organization building as well. |
