摘    要:在分析比较前人实验方法的基础上,采用微波消解一紫外分光光度法测定水中总氮含量.对几种常见态氮溶液进行消解,如硝态氮、亚硝态氮和铵态氮,在确定消解时间后,作出校准曲线,并进行精密度检验.结果表明,该方法与国家标准方法相比具有操作简单、省时、消解完全、精密度较高等优点.

Abstract:After summarizing and comparing the methods and results of previous researches,this paper further studied the total nitrogen measurement by the introduction of Microwave Digestion-UV Spectrophotometer method.It was compared with Chinese standard method(GB11894-89) by measuring solutions of known concentrations.Unlike the researches shown in the literature,it digested several kinds of nitrogen,such as ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen.When the optimum digestion time was determined,the st...
