| Abstract: | It is not enough only by the administration and economy method for lake harness synthetically. We must depend on local people surrounds the plateau lakes, mobilize, propagate and educate them to promote their environmental protection consciousness, so that they can participate in the synthetic lake harness of their own motion and the prospective harness effect can be approached. |
