论提高健康投资效率的最优选择

Debate on the Best Way of Improving the Efficiency of Health Investment

China is in an important stage of health system irmovation. Investing ftmds to the primary health care or medical insurance will decide the future performance of health investment of China. The limited public health expenditure and its ineffective structure lead to heavy burden of families and individuals. The low availability, unfair health services have brought great loss on human resources and lead to the low satisfaction and health output in the existing health system. We believe that the government should increase the total expenditure and put the public health funds to the primary health care. This is the best way to improve the efficiency of health investment and the health output of common people.
