硫磺尾气排放SO2实施新标准的问题探讨

结合石化总公司硫磺尾气处理现状的技术经济分析，对硫磺尾气实施新标准提出意见：较大规模或新上硫回收装置均应配套ＳＣＯＴ法尾气处理；现有大多数小规模硫回收装置应修改为只控制排放速率，同时抓紧开发投资较低又能达标的尾气处理工艺，已经配备尾气处理的引进装置ＭＣＲＣ等很难实施新标准，应适当放宽

Probe into Implementation of New Criterion for Discharge of SO 2 from Sulfur Plant Tail Gas

Considering technological economic analysis of tail gas treatment process for SINOPEC sulfur plants,some viewpoints of implementing new criterion were provided.SCOT Tail gas treatment process should be built in large-scale or new sulfur recycles unit. The discharge rate will be controlled only in small-scale plant,and new tail gas treatment process with both lower investment and tail gas reached standard should be developed also in it. The discharge standard should be relaxed in import MCRC plant with tail gas treatment process due to hardly implementing the new criterion.
