| 摘 要： | 我国是一个缺水严重的国家，人均水资源量仅为世界平均水平的1／4。水资源不足，已经成为制约我国国民经济和社会发展的重要因素。为改变我国水资源的紧张状况，除依靠技术进步，提高工业用水效率外，还应对工业用水和节水项目进行经济评价，建立经济制约机制，以保障我国工业的用水安全与可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Our country is seriously absent of water, Insufficient water resource is becoming an important factor of restricting our social development and national economy. To change the intense situation of lacking water,we should depend on technology progress and advance the efficiency of water using.Besides the two ways,we should build economic restriction mechanism and exert economic evaluation to projects of industrial water using and water saving in order to protect the safety of water using and everlasting development of Chinese industry. |
