废物审计是实施清洁生产的核心，物料平衡是废物审计的关键步骤，该文以某氢化油生产线为例，说明废物审计中物料平衡的方法与步骤，根据物流输入输出的实测结果，推导出各操作单元的物料平衡，通过对重点物料的审计和评估，发现了生产过程中存在的主要问题，分析、探讨了解决的办法，并实施了一些无费和低费的预防污染方案。

Taking certain production line of hydrogen-ated oil as example to explain the method and procedure of material balance in waste auditing. Based on site inspection and measurement, the material balance of each unit operation were evaluated. The main problems during auditing were found and analyzed and the solutions obtained some pollution prevention measures with minmal costs have been carried out.
