摘    要:研究了在磷酸介质中,利用高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B测定环境样品中痕量钒的方法,最大吸收波长530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数2.71×10~8L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),在0~30ng/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,用于测定自来水和小麦中钒的含量,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A method was introduced to determine trace vanadium(Ⅴ) in environmental samples by oxidation of Rhodamine B with potassium periodate in the medium of phosphoric acid,with maximum absorption of wave length 530nm, apparent molar absorption 2.71×10~8L. mol~(-1). cm~(-1), which were in consistence with Beer's Law in range of 0~30ng/25mL The method was used to determine trace vanadium in drinking water and wheat with satisfactory results.
