Study on basis points of Leapfrog development strategy for recycling industry

Innovation in business will be the main trend as the senior form of innovation, the innovation of business of economic and social development in future decades. And mode is the essential power and premise in the evolution of industrial competition. Based on an analysis of the potential elements influencing the leapfrog development of regional recycling industry, it was proposed that the triple elements included stable basis points, specific aim and enough power. It also demonstrated that the idea innovation is the premise of leapfrog development for strategic new rising industries. Finally the working methods emphasizing basis points of the industrial development strategy were proposed.
