| 摘 要： | 北京城市人口的增长是必然的 ,但必须对人口规模进行必要的调控 ,这是北京实现可持续发展的需要。北京城市人口增长调控要运用市场化的方式 ,辅之以必要的行政措施 ,以结构调整为导向 ,适度控制城市人口数量的增长 ,重点优化城市人口结构 ,合理调整城市人口空间布局

| Abstract: | It is certain that the urban population of Beijing will grow, while it is necessary to control its growth, which is needed for sustainable development of Beijing. To control the urban population growth in Beijing, marketable approaches and necessary administrative measures should be taken simultaneously. The strategy is to control the urban population growth moderately according to the direction of economic and social structure adjustments, optimize urban population structure, and rationally adjust the spatial distribution of urban population. |
