转炉煤气储存系统火灾爆炸危险性评价

摘    要:本文在对某钢厂转炉煤气储存系统危险有害因素分析的基础上,应用道化学火灾爆炸危险指数法对其火灾爆炸危险性进行了定量计算和安全评价,结果表明通过切实可行的安全措施进行补偿,系统固有危险程度由"很大"变为"较轻",同时对煤气柜爆炸进行了事故模拟分析,从而为预防和控制煤气事故提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of main risk factors within the converter gas storage system,Dow Chemical fire and explosion risk indexes of assessment method are applied to the quantitative calculation and evaluation of the system's fire and explosion risk.The evaluation result shows that the risk level of system may be cut down through the safety measure compensation,for it can be reduced from bigger to smaller,even near the safety state.Then the explosion accident of gas-holder is simulated,and this can provide th...
