| 摘 要： | 以宁波爱敬化工有限公司增塑剂生产废水处理工程为例,基于其水质特征,构建气浮/UASB/水解酸化/接触氧化处理工艺,介绍该废水处理工程的工艺参数和调试及运行效果。运行结果表明:气浮/UASB/水解酸化/接触氧化处理工艺对增塑剂废水处理效果显著,在日平均进水量180 t/d,ρ(COD)=7 000 mg/L的情况下,出水可稳定达GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。

| Abstract: | Taking plasticizer wastewater treatment project of Aekyung(Ningbo) Chemical Co.,Ltd for example,it was constructed the process of air flotation+USAB+hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation based on the character of the wastewater.The article described design parameters,debugging and operation effect of this process.The operation results showed the application of air flotation+UASB+hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation process in treating plasticizer wastewater was very effective.In the case of 180 ton wastewater each day whose COD was about 7 000 mg/L,the effluent could meet the requirement of the first-order of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996). |
