| 摘 要： | 在对汶川8.0级地震后绵阳市粮食基础设施破坏情况调研的基础上,提出恢复与发展并重、粮食基础设施节点与网络并行、推进行业整合和信息化的建设思路,规划了绵阳市灾后恢复重建的维修保障和重建发展项目,并对规划实施效果进行了经济和社会效益分析。

Research on the Key Problems of Reconstruction of Grain Infrastructure after Earthquake |

| Abstract: | Based on investigation of damages to the grain infrastructures in Mianyang city after M8.0 Wenchuan earthquake, a reconstruction strategy is put forward as paying equal attention to the restoration and development, constructing nodes and network of the grain infrastructures simultaneously and pushing on integration of the grain infrastructures industry and informatization. A plan is made on the maintenance support and reconstruction project in the program of post-disaster reconstruction of Mianyang city and the economic and social benefits of the project are analyzed. |
