液液萃取气相色谱法测定水中的松节油

摘    要:研究建立了液液萃取气相色谱测定水中松节油的方法。用二氯甲烷萃取水样中的松节油,萃取后直接进行色谱分离分析,松节油的主要成分能有效分离,水中松节油的最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/L,测定方法的样品添加回收率在94.0%-106%之间;平行8次进行精密度试验,分析方法的相对标准差为1.2%。结果表明,气相色谱法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,适合地表水中松节油的测定;二氯甲烷一次萃取,就可满足回收率的要求,并且该方法灵敏度高,操作简单,减少了取样量和萃取试剂用量,对环境保护更加有利。

Abstract:The study established a liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography method of turpentine in water.Water samples with dichloromethane extraction of turpentine,extracted directly chromatography analysis,the main component of turpentine can be effectively separated the water turpentine minimum detection limit 0.01mg/L,Determination of sample recoveries at 94.0%~106%;parallel eight times for precision testing,analysis of the relative standard deviation of 1.2%.The results showed that gas chromatography method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the determination of surface water and turpentine;dichloromethane extraction time,you can meet the requirements of recovery,and the method of high sensitivity,simple operation,reducing the sampling volume and extraction reagent,more favorable to environmental protection.
