摘    要:以Na2SO4和MgSO4等无机盐添加荆加入石灰石浆液中,测定了不同浆液中CaCO3溶解度.结果表明,Na2SO4和MgSO4均能提高CaCO3溶解度,其中Na2SO4的促溶效果更好.通过平流泵定量滴定稀硫酸溶液,测定了不同浆液组成的CaCO3溶解速度.结果表明,加入0.05 mol/L柠檬酸钾可使浆液中生成柠檬酸,从而提高CaCO3的溶解速度,并增强浆液缓冲能力,其强化效果优于Na2SO4和MgSO4.在配有无机盐添加剂的浆液中通入由N2和SO2模拟的含不同ρ(SO2)的烟气(ρ(SO2)为2000~3 000mg/m3),分别研究了SO2吸收率随着初始pH,通气时间和浆液成分的变化规律.结果表明,在浆液中加入0.05 mol/l的Na2SO4或MgSO4,可以强化CaCO3溶解和SO2吸收,同时可以增强浆液的缓冲能力.

Abstract:The limestone slurry is added with inorganic salt such as Na2SO4 and MgSO4,etc.,and the solubility of CaCO3 in the slurry is measured. The result shows that Na2SO4 and MgSO4 can both increase the solubility of CaCO3, and the effect of Na2SO4 is better. The sulfuric acid is titrated in the slurry through an advection pump and the dissolution rate of limestone is measured in different slurry. The result shows that the existence of 0.05 mol/L potassium citrate generates citrate acid in the slurry,which can increase the dissolution rate of CaCO3 and enhance the buffering capacity of the slurry. The simulated flue gas, mainly consisting of N2 and SO2 with different proportions (mass concentration of SO2 is 2000~3000 mg/m3),passes through the slurry with inorganic additives. The influences of the slurry’s initial pH,ventilating time and composition of slurry on the adsorption rate of SO2 are studied. The result shows that the existence of 0.05 mol/L Na2SO4 and MgSO4 can enforce the dissolution of limestone and the adsorption of SO2, and can also enhance the buffering capacity of the slurry.
