Study on Data Accuracy of Continuous Emission Monitoring System

With the completion of national environmental automatic monitoring task, the application of environmental monito- ring data took a prominent position during the ＂12th Five - Year plan＂ period. Environmental monitoring data should play a lead- ing role in environmental quality control, sewage discharge tax collection, verifiable accounting of total pollutant emission reduc- tion, environmental enforcement and environmental decision - making. The crucial point is to guarantee the authenticity and accu- racy of environmental monitoring data. CEMS is an exhaust automatic monitoring system. Combined with the needs of CEMS data, it was applied to environmental management. Investigations were taken to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of CEMS data. A- nalysis on real - time online monitoring data through the use of these precautions was conducted to improve the authenticity and accuracy of CEMS data.
