摘    要:通过对国内外天然气管道黑色粉末(也称粉尘)的相关研究分析表明:受气体组分、净化处理、管内防腐、输气工艺以及施工质量等影响,粉尘来源多样且在管道内的运动规律和分布形式也不相同。粉尘成分以铁的硫化物、氧化物和碳酸盐等腐蚀产物居多,气体介质成分控制、内腐蚀防护和清管作业是在役管道粉尘控制的重要途径,对于新建管道应在设计阶段考虑并采取有效的粉尘防治手段。

Abstract:Black powder(also known as dust)is a common problem in the production and operation of natural gas pipelines.The source,distribution,formation mechanism and prevention methods of dust in the pipelines are also the research focus of pipeline industry.The relevant research and analysis on the powder in natural gas pipeline at home and abroad show that powder sources are various and the movement and distribution patterns in pipeline are different due to the influence of gas composition,purification treatment,corrosion prevention,gas transmission process and construction quality.The main components of powder are iron sulfide,oxide,carbonate and other corrosion products.Gas medium composition control,internal corrosion protection and pigging operation are the important measures to control powder in service pipelines.For new pipelines,effective dust control measures should be considered and adopted in the design stage.
