| 摘 要： | 通过档案室改造和纸质档案整理,采用新设计的档案号和档案架号编码技术,开展一人一档纸质档案平台建设;采用NET Framework4. 0框架、C#语言、三层B/S架构技术和PDF格式文件信息传输方式,开发电子档案平台。该档案管理平台在实践中得到了较好应用,推动了档案信息资源的规范、共享和流通,对于搞好职业病防治工作具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Through the reconstruction of the archives and the arrangement of paper files,the newly designed file number and file frame number coding technology was adopted to build a paper file platform with one person and one file. NET Framework 4. 0 framework,C# language,three layer B/S architecture technology and the PDF format file information transmission method were adopted to develop an electronic file platform. This file management platform has been well applied in practice,which has promoted the standardization,sharing and circulation of file information resources. It is of great significance for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. |
