| Abstract: | Rotary forging is a new metalworking process that has been applied more widelly in china only in recent years. This paper introduces the principle of rotary forging process, explains comprehensively the cases of the cold precise forming of the gear-like parts with rotary forging process ,summarises the situation of the research and manufacture of rotary forging press,and indicates that is a tendency to work the precise gear-like parts with the metalworking process especially with the cold rotary forging process. |
