| 摘 要： | 中国的城市化曾经历长时间缓慢发展阶段，近１０多年来进入快速发展时期。中国城市化的地域差异，导致城市化引起的环境问题具有明显的空间差异。分析了中国城市环境问题的主要方面及农村工业化、城市化对环境的影响，探讨了小城镇环境经济持续发展中应注意的问题。在城市社会经济发展综合决策中需纳入环境保护因素，分析了环境保护参与城市发展决策的部门，并给出应用实例。

| Abstract: | Having had a slow process,Chinese urbanization had entered its fastly developing process. The regional difference of Chinese urbanization made the great space difference among the environmental issues arising from urbanization. The environmental issues of cities and rural urban ization were analyzed. The issues which should be noticed in sustainable development of environ ment and economy in small cities and towns were discussed. Environmental protection should be in volved in the urban comprehensive decision, also the cases were given out. |
