| 摘 要： | 介绍了激励的定义,激励在安全管理中的作用,以及激励的形成过程.分析了激励理论中的马斯洛需求层次论,并将该理论应用于安全管理.同时描述了激励在安全管理中的常用方式:工作激励、成果激励、批评激励以及培训教育激励.
