| Abstract: | Appling environment measure management information systems could improve the ability of handling data, conducing to achieve layout aim, and it can assist environment management decision-making in whole. Presently, men make use of the method of lifecycle to impolder. And application of the management information systems signed the grade of application of computers. So it is the trend that setting up MIS. Theoretically, MIS and the branch of environment measure ought to be set up and developed at one time. |
