| Abstract: | the acid fog inhibitors have been put in the acid solutions for inhibiting the acid fog during the acid cleaning processes of steels.The properties were evaluated by the methods of neutral drip reaction and weight loss measurement.The result showed the inhibitor efficiency reached 86%.The acid cleaning system were carbon 20%HCl,carbon steel 15%HCl+5%H 2SO 4,and 3Cr13 stainless steel 20%HCl. |
