System dynamics simulation of cleaner production process of some alcohol enterprise and the policy

Cleaner production process of the alcohol enterprise is a complex feedback system which involves the improvement of process, the reuse of circulating cooling water, sludge and so on. The DYNAMO language and system dynamics were used to simulate the cleaner production process of some alcohol enterprise. The perfect scenario of raising cleaner production profits of the enterprise in accordance with the matter of facts of the enterprise was introduced based on adjusting parameters such as coal price, water fee, sewage charges, different usage modes of sludge and biogas and etc. This could be scientific basis for good examples for cleaner production process of the alcohol enterprise, and also be good advice for the government to set policies.
