燃煤电厂袋式除尘器入口烟道烟气温度偏差调整

摘    要:应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对某燃煤电厂袋式除尘器入口烟道烟气流场进行了三维数值模拟研究,分析了导致除尘器入口烟道烟气温度偏差的原因,主要是由于回转式空气预热器的工作原理所致。为此,提出了减小除尘器入口烟道烟气温度偏差的方向及措施,为燃煤电厂除尘器入口烟道的改造、设计提供参考。

Flue gas temperature deviation adjustment in inlet flue of bag filter in coal-fired power plant
Abstract:The flow field in the inlet flue of bag filter in a coal-fired power plant are numerically simulated with CFD,the causes leading to flue gas temperature deviation in the inlet flue of bag filter have been analysed,it is believed that the reason is mainly due to the working principle of rotary air preheater.Therefore,the direction and measures for reducing the flue gas temperature deviation in the inlet flue of bag filter have been put forward,and the reference for alteration of the inlet flue of bag filter in coal-fired power plant are provided.
