电力生态系统的基本理论研究

摘    要:电力是推动经济发展的重要基础能源,我国日益严峻的大气污染问题已经成为制约电力和经济发展的重要因素之一,只有在发展过程中系统地研究电力、环境、经济之间的关系,才能够实现电力、环境、经济之间的协调发展。在复杂系统理论和复合生态系统理论的基础上提出了电力生态系统的定义、组成、功能、效应、演化等基本理论。研究结果表明,电力生态系统是由电力、环境与经济三个子系统相互影响、相互作用而形成的复合生态系统,能量流动是电力生态系统最为重要的功能,电力生态系统存在着从无序向有序的自组织演化过程,其演化过程符合逻辑斯蒂增长曲线的趋势。

Research on basic theory of Electricity Ecosystem
Abstract:Electricity is an important basic energy to promote economic development. Increasingly serious air pollution problems have already become a key factor holding back the sustainable development of power industry and economy in China. The goal of electricity, environment and economy coordinated development may be achieved only if the relationships among electricity, environment and economy be analyzed systematically in development process. The basic theory of electricity ecosystem was put forward, including definition, constitution, function, effection and evolution. The main conclusions are as follows:Electricity ecosystem is a complex system that formed in the interactions among electricity, environment and economy. The most important function of the electricity ecosystem is energy flow. Self --organization evolution process of electricity ecosystem from the disordered states to the ordered states is existing,which accords with the trend of logistic growth curve.
