摘    要:大颗粒灰特别是爆米花灰的堵塞,是导致高尘布置的选择性催化还原(SCR)系统失去脱硝作用的主要原因之一,同时大颗粒灰堵塞催化剂床层严重影响锅炉主机的安全稳定运行。介绍了国外发达国家和地区的应对措施及先进技术,同时例举了国内外成功的工程案例,为预防大颗粒灰堵塞提供有益借鉴。

Methods to mitigate effects of large particle ash on Selective Catalytic Reduction systems of coal-fired power plant
Abstract:There were a number of events in the industry in which catalyst layers of SCR systems have become severely plugged with LPA also sometimes referred to as popcorn ash.Such pluggage results in increased pressure drop across the SCR reactor,decreased catalyst performance,severe erosion damage of catalyst,large particle ash even forced the boiler off line.Some case of home and abroad were analyzed.The technology coping with LPA were introduced,which offered useful reference for De-NOx development.
