型煤燃烧特性初探

摘    要:本文使用热重分析仪对型煤的燃烧特性进行了初步探讨。煤灯样品在升温过程中,发生两次快速失重,对应的温度分别为T1和T2。由于制备型煤时,添加了无机粘结剂和无机固硫剂等无机物,导致制备型煤用的混合料的T1比原煤降低,而刷烈燃烧温度T2却比原煤升高。

Abstract:The combustion characteristic of briquet has been studied preliminarily with Dupont-2000 thermal gravity analyzer on this paper. The bituminous coal samples have both T1 and T2 characteristic temperatures, corresponding separately to losing sharp the weight of the samples. It is discovered that the ignition temperature T1 of the mixtrues to be used to produce briquets is reduced and the successive combustion temperature T2 of the mixtures is increased owing to mixing some inorganic matter with raw coal. These inorganic matter are used as adhesive or sulphur fixing reagent. This outcome according to our experiment is used for the first time to try to explain the following phenomenon. In the field of burning briquet in the small or middle-sized boiler, when the volatile of a raw coal is comparatively high, for example, Vad>20%, the briquet which is made from the coal and inorganic matter used as adhesive and sulphur fixing reagent will win better combustion characteristic than raw coal; when the volatile of a raw coal is comparatively low, for example, Vad<13%,the combustion characteristic of the briquet made from the coal and inorganic matter as adhesive and sulphur fixing reagent will worsen. It is a bet-ter technology to replace the inorganic matters by some organic matters as the adhesive and sulphur fixing reagent of briquet.
