| 摘 要： | 我国已经是世界上环境污染最为严重的国家之一,环境污染给人们造成了巨大的侵害,环境污染侵权有不同于传统侵权行为的特征,针对这些特征来设计我国的环境污染侵权诉讼制度,对于防止环境污染的进行和环境污染侵权赔偿具有一定的理论和现实意义.
