含氮杂环化合物对水生生物的毒性作用研究

摘    要:研究了6种典型含氮杂环化合物对水生生物的急性毒性,获得了吲哚、吡啶、喹啉、异喹啉、2-甲基喹啉和8-羟基喹啉对小球藻的48 hEC50、对大型蚤的48 h LC50、对斑马鱼的96h LC50及对发光细菌的15min EC50值.6种物质对大型蚤、斑马鱼及发光细菌的毒性与其价分子连接性指数、辛醇/水分配系数显著相关.发光细菌毒性结果与大型蚤、斑马鱼的毒性结果显著相关,而与小球藻不相关.

Abstract:Aquatic organisms are in danger of heterocyclic compounds since their commonly existence in industrial wastewater. Thus the acute toxicity of six typical nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds to aquatic organism was studied. The indole, pyridine, quinoline, iso-quinoline, 2-methylquinoline and 8-hydroxyquinoline to the 48 h EC50 of Chlorella vulgaris, the 48h LC50 of Daphnia magna straus, the 96 h LC50 of Brachydanio redo and the 15 min EC50 of Photobacteium phosphoreum were obtained. The toxicity of these six compounds to magna straus, Brachydanio redo and Photobacteium phosphoreum had high relevance with valence molecular connectivity index and octanol/water partition. Toxic results to magna straus, Brachydanio redo and Photobacteium phosphoreum had high coefficient with each other, while had no relevance with that of Chlorella vulgaris.
