大学生应急能力评估指标体系多群组结构方程模型

为构建大学生应急能力评估指标体系,提升大学生应急能力水平,首先通过访谈和文献研究提取了大学生应急能力初始评估指标体系,并编制调查问卷,对我国大学生群体的应急能力进行调查;然后采用SPSS 24.0软件对大学生应急能力评估调查问卷数据进行项目分析、探索性因子分析和信度分析,明确了大学生应急能力评估指标体系的结构;最后采用AMOS 21.0软件验证了所构建的大学生应急能力评估指标体系在大学生不同性别群体中的适用性。结果表明:所构建的大学生应急能力评估指标体系包括应急知识、应急意识、应急技能、应急经验和应急个体机能5个维度、22个评估指标,该评估指标体系在大学生男生和女生群体中均具有较好的适用性。

Multiple-group Structural Equation Model of Evaluation Index System of College Students'Emergency Ability

The objective of this paper is to construct the evaluation index system of college students'emergency ability and improve the level of emergency ability of college students.Firstly,the paper extracts initial evaluation indexes of college students'emergency ability through interviews and literature research,and compiles questionnaires to investigate the emergency response ability of college students.Secondly,the paper uses SPSS 24.0 software to carry out project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis of college students'emergency ability evaluation questionnaire,and clarifies the structure of college students'emergency ability evaluation indexes.Finally,the paper uses AMOS21.0 software to verify the applicability of the constructed college students'emergency ability evaluation index system in different gender groups among college students.The results show that the college students'emergency ability evaluation indexes include five dimensions and 22 indexes,and the five dimensions are respectively emergency know-ledge,emergency consciousness,emergency skills,emergency experience and emergency individual function.The system has good applicability in boys and girls.
